Our business suites (studios) contain 2 single beds, fully equipped kitchen, dining table with chairs, bathroom with all amenities, cozy lounge area and handy storage space.
In addition, every guest of Jump Inn can use our bicycle rental, laundry service, high speed wifi, drink vending machines and the large lounge area that is accessible to every guest.
Jump Inn is completely labor-free. Checking in and checking out is done via our kiosk at the entrance. If there is an emergency, we are available 24/7.
Our studios are not rented out for tourists, but fall under the Housing Rental Act and the Flemish Housing Code. Minimum stay is 1 month.
Because Jump Inn is located in the outskirts of Antwerp, you do not need to enter the LEZ zone.
Our philosophy
As a construction company, we had difficulties finding suitable accommodation for our employees. The greatest difficulty was getting the key to their room. Our employees usually arrived late at night, when no reception employee was present. That's why we founded Jump Inn. A studio rental that works completely online.
