  • What type of studios are available?
    Jump Inn offers 1 type of studio. The size of the studio is 28m² and it fits 2 single beds, a lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
  • How do I check-in at Jump Inn?
    You can check-in via our kiosk in the entrance. Our Jump Inn staff is available by telephone to help you with your check-in and check-out. There is no staff present in the hotel. While checking-in, a instruction video will be playing to guide you.
  • How do I leave my studio after my stay?
    We kindly ask our guest to wash everything what they have used in the kitchen, the housekeeping staff will doublecheck everything before new guests arrive. When you leave the studio, you can check-out at the kiosk.
  • What is included in my stay at Jump Inn?

  • Is breakfast included?
    Instead of having a breakfast service, you can request a breakfast basket for in the beginning of your stay. On every floor we have vending machines which contain drinks and breakfast items. Right below Jump Inn is a supermarket (MyFood) located where you can buy groceries.
  • What additional services are available?

  • Can I park my car at Jump Inn?
    We offer 12 parking spaces. These can be booked in advance by e-mail or telephone. The cost is €15 per night. There is also the possibility to park your car in the neighborhood for free.
  • How do I book a studio at Jump Inn?

  • Can I cancel my reservation?
    If you would like to cancel your booking, you can contact us via e-mail or by telephone. When the booking was made trough an external booking channel, the reservation needs to be cancelled with that channel directly.
  • Where is Jump Inn located?
    Jump Inn is located on Bischoppenhoflaan 457, 2100 Deurne. It is really close to the freeway and not far from Antwerp city.
  • What is the closest airport?

    The Antwerp ring road is located 5 minutes from Jump Inn: From the south: Exit 2 "Deurne" & via “Bisschoppenhoflaan” From the north: Exit 3 "Borgerhout" via “De Singel” & “Bisschoppenhoflaan”
  • Covid-19 safety measures
    Increased Level of Cleanliness / Hygiene Ensuring adequate Air Circulation Mandatory mask wearing for guests in public areas Provision of hand sanitizer for guests in the entrance hall and in social lounge. Jump Inn offers a smooth and safe self check-in & out service. Check yourself in, activate your key and head to your room without coming into contact with anyone. At the end of your trip you can check yourself out at our kiosk.
